Early Foundation
- •I had a migrant upbringing, moving every 6-8 months with my parents who worked agricultural fields and warehouses
- •I gained early work experience doing field labor and warehouse sorting
- •During this time, I developed resilience, adaptability, and work ethic
Education & Healthcare Operations
- •Earned Bachelor and Masters degrees
- •Focused on hospitality, service driven, operationally sound career paths
- •In hospice care, I supported patients and families with empathy and accountability
- •WIC program: community based nutrition and preventative care
- •Hospital operations: supported operations for a 700 bed hospital, managing systems, teams, and standards
Chick-fil-A Leadership Development
- •Accepted into Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program
- •Corporate owned restaurant operations: executed standards in high volume environments
- •Restaurant grand openings: supported multiple markets during launch and stabilization
Leadership Expansion: Staff Rotations
- •I started my rotation as a Boot Camp Coach, developing external leaders during their boot camp experience
- •After transitioning to the Restaurant Launch Advisor team, I partnered with multi-unit operators to build sustainable systems and strong leadership teams for grand openings
